    FAQ Section
    What is New Cosmology?

“New Cosmology” also called Apex Cosmology (AC) is a model for the history of the universe that is very different from the currently accepted model known as Big Bang Cosmology (BBC).

    • BBC proposes that the universe was once concentrated in a single point with infinite density and temperature, and that it “exploded” in the “Big Bang”. Since then, the universe has been expanding, matter has been condensing into galaxies and stars, and the universe has been cooling. In this model, the universe is “one and done”, it will end in a “heat death” after enough time passes.
    • Instead, AC features a “cyclic cosmology” with the universe eternally cycling through “seasons” of expansion and contraction, cooling and heating, condensation and dispersal. The four cosmic seasons are named “Spring”, “Summer”, “Fall” and “Winter”.
    What is New Gravity?

“New Gravity” (NG) is a model for gravitation that is very different from the currently accepted theory known as General Relativity (GR).

    • GR proposes that gravity is due to the “curvature of spacetime” caused by mass-energy. This curvature directs the motion of matter and light in the universe.
    • NG instead proposes that gravity is due to the exchange of particles called “gravitons” between matter. Gravitons exist in multiple overlapping fields called “gravity fields”. These gravity fields include both attractive and repulsive components, explaining many observed phenomena without dark matter or dark energy.
What current observations does NCNG correctly explain?
    • The precession of the perihelion of orbits near strong gravitational sources.
    • The bending of light in gravitational fields.
    • The amplitude, polarity and wavefront velocity of gravitational waves.
    • Rotation velocity curves of spiral galaxies without dark matter.
    • Kinematics of galaxies in large clusters without dark matter.
    • Large scale structure explained without dark matter, dark energy or inflation.
